Senior Product Operations Manager


At Expel our product team translates some of the most challenging security problems into our security platform through engaging with customers, working with our engineering teams, and understanding a dynamic market. The product operations manager reduces friction for the product team to operate.

You are the intersection of people, process, and technology when it comes to enabling a product team to effectively make decisions, engage with team members and deliver product value. You enjoy nerding out on SaaS tools just as much as you like collaborating with your peers to build out processes to scale a product management team. You are a problem solver when it comes to building out product management tools. You are a trusted partner with the product team on the best way to implement and communicate a launch and delivery program.

What you can do for Expel

  • Lead the end to end planning cycles aimed to guide the development and management of products to achieve business goals
  • Coordinate in partnership with our launch management system, enablement on the product roadmap with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure alignment and consensus
  • Monitor and maintain the tools and team processes that enable team members to prioritize features, provide visibility into roadmap decisions, and engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and UX teams, as well as Customer Success, Business Systems, Marketing, Revenue Ops, to operate key routines and significantly improve how we serve our customers

What you should bring with you

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, design, product operations or equivalent experience
