About the team:

Join the FIS Platforms team as a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of banking. Our Platform vision is for developers to access all the world’s financial capabilities through low and no-code experiences. We operate like an incubated startup within FIS, with the full support of the company and a mandate to create a world-class embedded finance platform. We’re hiring and building a world class tech org across engineering, product, design, science and other functions, and will be co-located our teams in a few west coast locations including Seattle. As we scale we intend to be very intentional around the culture we build and the “builder” mindset we want to install from the start. With our leaders coming from Google, Coinbase and Amazon we follow many of their approaches to running product team. Our teams currently span across Seattle, the Bay Area, London and more.

What you will be doing:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will report to our SVP, Product Management Group Executive. You will be working on identity verification. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the buildout and launch of Atelio Identity. You will work on projects that will include connecting with providers who will provide the services that underpin Atelio Identity.

  • Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project.
  • Interacts with key suppliers and partners.
  • Monitors and understands product’s profit and loss statement. May be responsible for revenue and profitability of assigned products.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Typically requires 10+ years of experience is similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and budgets. 
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interview skills. 
  • Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, and long-term vision.

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
  • Requires human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally.
  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $197,700.00 - $332,140.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
