Position Overview: 

  • Own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of your portoflio. Be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that your portfolio meets or exceeds market needs, aligns with business goals, and delights our customers. Collaborate and negotiate with cross-functional teams worldwide including development, marketing, and impact (sales) will be essential to your success in this role.
  • Lead a small team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company goals, effective collaboration, and successful execution of product strategies

Position Holder is Accountable For: 

  • Lead development and communication of a clear long-term product vision and strategy aligned to company objectives.  Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive landscape, and business priorities.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product capabilities; manage scope, schedule, and resource trade-offs.
  • Define messaging and effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the product, providing guidance and support to sales, customer support, and other teams as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and gather feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
  • Mentor, guide and empower direct reports individuals in their daily work  as well their personal and professional development.

Required Skills and Competencies: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in product management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & cross-teaming skills
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and technical skills
  • Ability to travel as needed, including internationally
  • Experience in the healthcare market, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are highly desirable

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $95,000 to $100,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
