Job DescriptionSoftrams is looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience helping federal government clients develop a product vision and leading agile teams. This role is an integral part of a highly collaborative team that supports and builds modern, standards-based responsive web applications for mission-critical health IT solutions. This is a full-time W-2 opportunity. This role is fully remote.  Basic Qualifications: ·       Bachelor's degree ·       Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 years in the last 5.·       Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance.·       Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.·       3+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner or scrum master in the Federal Government space ·       5+ years of total experience as leading agile teams as a product manager, product owner, or scrum master·       8+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, business analyst, product analyst, or scrum master leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of the agile software development.  Preferred Qualifications ·       Experience as a product manager with healthcare IT programs.·       Experience in healthcare, specifically Medicaid/Medicare ·       SAFe certification. ·       Scrum Master certification.  Responsibilities:·       Lead a dynamic and multi-functional team to create a vision, develop, and enhance products on a day-to-day basis.·       Serve as the team’s primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and other agile teams.·       Help clients and stakeholders define and refine business requirements to ensure that what the team builds meets business and user needs.·       Help clients and stakeholders understand the team’s capacity and negotiate scope and deadlines.·       Facilitate team agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros.·       Monitor and report on agile metrics for the team, including velocity and business value.·       Be a dynamic leader …
