The Azure Growth and User Journey team is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Growth Product Manager to drive Azure platform growth and to ensure that the unique needs of diverse personas are thoughtfully represented throughout. You will work closely with various teams to deliver personalized, polished experiences that resonate with users at every touchpoint. This opportunity will allow you to build experiences 0 to 1, use data to drive key decisions to move the business, and build product culture within the organization. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and execute growth strategies and experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention across the customer journey on Azure.
  • You will come to understand end-to-end customer journeys and make optimizations both within the product and through collaboration with teams like marketing, design, engineering, and data science.
  • You will understand KPIs to identify investment opportunities and make informed decisions that enhance the customer experience.
  • you will lead the development of new features and enhancements that align with Azure’s growth strategy and customer needs.
  • You will analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and address pain points.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clearly articulate the shared vision and bring internal stakeholders “on the journey” to coordinate execution of product solutions. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management, with a focus on growth in a Business to business (B2B) or Business to customer (B2C) environment with a track record of building and launching products from 0 to 1; including working with customers, UX, engineering, data science, product marketing, and sales
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience: understanding customer needs and behaviors;
    • AND thinking analytically with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making;
    • AND thinking strategically and developing innovative growth strategies.
  • 5+ years experience with growth in a B2B or B2C SaaS company

Other Requirements:  

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. 

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth in a B2B or B2C environment with a track record of building and launching products from 0 to 1; including working with customers, UX, engineering, data science, product marketing, and sales
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, B2B or B2C SaaS products, and the Azure ecosystem.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
