The Mission
We're seeking a talented Senior Product Manager for our growing Professional Services team. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in product management within an application development and engineering services company. Your mission is to drive product success by designing customer-centric product roadmaps, interfacing with UI/UX teams, and managing the ongoing backlog of work that flows to engineering teams. Collaborating closely with our customers, you'll ensure they meet their goals, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
Your Assignment
Support Customer/User Research and Journey Design
Work closely with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and goals. Conduct user research and facilitate journey design workshops to map out the customer journey. Use insights gathered to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Design Product Roadmaps
Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with customer business goals and strategic priorities. Set clear product objectives and metrics, and ensure that roadmaps are regularly updated to reflect evolving customer needs and market trends.
Ongoing Product Management
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Interface with UX teams to ensure that product designs meet user needs and provide a seamless experience. Collaborate with engineering teams to manage the backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Facilitate effective communication between UX and engineering teams to ensure alignment and address any roadblocks promptly.

Your Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience within application development and engineering services
- Experience with product roadmap tools and software, running product experiments, and product launches
