Summary of Position
Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive feature enhancements and engagement strategies that improve patient outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing a product strategy that enhances patient interaction and drives engagement with our telehealth solutions. You will collaborate closely with clinical, data science, engineering, and UX teams to develop and scale solutions that increase adoption, improve adherence, and create sustained behavioral change for individuals managing chronic conditions.
This is a unique opportunity for a healthcare technology-focused product manager who thrives at the intersection of product management, behavioral science, and clinical impact.
We are looking for someone with strong program and project management capabilities, but this is not a program management role — this is a product management role focused on delivering meaningful improvements in how patients engage with their health.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
Execute the product roadmap for behavioral engagement features, ensuring alignment with business goals and clinical priorities.
Prioritize features based on clinical impact, engagement metrics, and user feedback.
Work cross-functionally with clinical, data science, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product enhancements.
Foster an environment that enables your cross-functional team to innovate, ask questions, learn quickly, and deliver extraordinary results.
Use customer feedback, market trends, business initiatives, and data analysis to inform product innovation.
Write clear and concise product briefs to align on strategy and deliver equally concise product requirements to lead teams through execution.
User & Clinical Insights
Develop a deep understanding of member, provider, and client needs to deliver great experiences and exceed stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with business, commercial, clinical, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions.
Conduct user research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
Partner with physicians, nurses, and care teams to understand their needs and optimize integration into healthcare workflows.
Program & Project Management
Manage complex, multi-team initiatives, ensuring alignment across technical and clinical stakeholders.
Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks while maintaining focus on delivering measurable product outcomes.
Establish and track KPIs related to engagement, adherence, and clinical effectiveness.
Present to executive leadership on the progress and outcomes of the product initiatives you are driving.
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position
5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
Experience in the healthcare industry delivering consumer-facing virtual care or digital health products.
Strong proficiency in product management best practices and processes operating at large scale.
Ability to work in a matrixed organization and with an extensive cross functional team
Comfortable with ambiguous problems and situations. Experience in proactively making sense of complicated challenges with minimal direction or oversight.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills – highly skilled at articulating the “what, why, and how.” Strong executive presence.
The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles, and superb attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and negotiate trade-offs for optimal value delivery.
Adept at both giving and receiving feedback in an innovative teamwork-driven environment. Strong contributor to team culture and problem solving with peers.
Bonus Qualifications
B2B2C experience – requires both a deep understanding of buyer/client needs and a passion for helping members with their healthcare journey.
Experience building products for patient engagement, chronic condition management, telehealth, or digital therapeutics.
Experience building enterprise product solutions from concept through delivery (0 to 1).
Background in behavioral science, psychology, UX research, or health economics.
Experience building telehealth products to facilitate care delivery.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
