Summary of Position

Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive feature enhancements and engagement strategies that improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing a product strategy that enhances patient interaction and drives engagement with our telehealth solutions. You will collaborate closely with clinical, data science, engineering, and UX teams to develop and scale solutions that increase adoption, improve adherence, and create sustained behavioral change for individuals managing chronic conditions.

This is a unique opportunity for a healthcare technology-focused product manager who thrives at the intersection of product management, behavioral science, and clinical impact.

We are looking for someone with strong program and project management capabilities, but this is not a program management role — this is a product management role focused on delivering meaningful improvements in how patients engage with their health. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Execution

    • Execute the product roadmap for behavioral engagement features, ensuring alignment with business goals and clinical priorities.

    • Prioritize features based on clinical impact, engagement metrics, and user feedback.

    • Work cross-functionally with clinical, data science, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product enhancements.

    • Foster an environment that enables your cross-functional team to innovate, ask questions, learn quickly, and deliver extraordinary results.

    • Use customer feedback, market trends, business initiatives, and data analysis to inform product innovation.

    • Write clear and concise product briefs to align on strategy and deliver equally concise product requirements to lead teams through execution.

  • User & Clinical Insights

    • Develop a deep understanding of member, provider, and client needs to deliver great experiences and exceed stakeholder expectations.

    • Collaborate with business, commercial, clinical, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions.

    • Conduct user research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.

    • Partner with physicians, nurses, and care teams to understand their needs and optimize integration into healthcare workflows.

  • Program & Project Management

    • Manage complex, multi-team initiatives, ensuring alignment across technical and clinical stakeholders.
