Within Blackbaud, The Financials and Grantmaking Pillar leads the market with financial and grant management solutions purpose built for nonprofits worldwide, and we need a Senior Product Manager to help us amplify the customer experience by boosting efficiency and enabling data driven decisions in creative ways. We want an inventive leader who is passionate about technology, accounting, and philanthropy and has experience in creating, developing, and scaling a modern SaaS solution. 

What you will do: 

  • Drive the definition and maintenance of an actionable backlog for a set of capabilities by researching, organizing, writing user stories for, and ensuring that requirements (both market and non-negotiable) are aligned and ready for delivery by engineering teams.  
  • Plan, conduct and coordinate effective customer discovery sessions and other internal and external research activities across efforts. 
  • Define metrics for evaluating feature adoption and usage. Analyze data, assess hypotheses and determine remediation plan and iteration on feature design. 
  • Provide significant domain expertise to stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Focused on communicating and building rapport with customers throughout the product development process, including participation in key customer events such as PUBs, BBCON, CABs, PAGs and other industry events. 
  • Contribute to the growth of the Product Management practice by mentoring, coaching and supporting other PMs and participating in practice development initiatives. 
  • Responsible to deliver customer and business value for key capabilities within a portfolio. 
  • Define and manage go-to-market activities for key offers and new capability rollouts. 
  • Owning and monitoring the quality, cost, and health of your services, including ownership and prioritization of NNRs, APIs, security, and customer feedback. 
  • Partner with leadership to meet overall pillar goals.  

What you will bring:  

  • You have a background in finance or accounting, bonus points if you have international or philanthropic technology experience.
