The Senior Integrated Producer leads large integrated projects and is responsible for their creative and business success. Taking the creative vision to a new level, while staying on schedule and on budget, and meeting client business challenges in a way that demonstrates versatility, creativity and impressive problem-solving skills. Should strive to flawlessly execute the work and relentlessly pursue the highest level of craft.
Key Accountabilities
- You will elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions.
- You will manage Integrated projects including but not limited to broadcast, social content, stills, animation, artist collaboration, and digital.
- You will mentor junior talent. Share production experiences with others to help department growth.
- You will maintain existing network of preferred partners and contacts of go-to resources for creating any manner of project (vendors, artists, agents, etc.)
- You will lead the vetting process to determine whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters (budget and schedule), providing creative solutions as needed.
- You will lead the execution of large integrated productions (<1mil) including overseeing large multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams.
- You will be the first line of defense on evaluating when and what needs; permits, releases, usage terms and other rights clearances.
- You will build strong relationships with Business Affairs as a partner in discovery and throughout the production process. Have full understanding of AICP and AICE bid formats.
- You will track and Actualize production budgets, working closely with Business Affairs.
- You will have comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations.
- You will coordinate meetings, notes, hot sheets, status reports, task lists, etc., tracking against production deadlines and milestones.
- You will be the point person for all day-to-day internal and vendor communications. Be the backbone of the production and a confident leader for the group. Ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed and (if needed) educated on the production process.
- You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, animators (and if digital project - tech leads, UX-designers, and developers.)
