In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, maintain global policies, processes, and workflows, and ensure our People Operations initiatives align strategically with the broader organizational goals.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a passion for leveraging technology and data to enhance our people processes and the employee experience. You will work closely with the Manager of People Operations and other key stakeholders to implement best practices, streamline processes, and leverage technology to enhance our People Operations.

What you bring

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and leading complex, high-impact projects, with a strong understanding of automation and AI.
  • Strong understanding of people policies, processes, and workflows, with a focus on compliance and scalability throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, including creating dashboards and reports to streamline HR processes and gain efficiencies.
  • Knowledge and experience in tracking, reporting, and overseeing HRIS data and people metrics.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology, including HRIS, data analytics tools, and automation platforms.
