JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager for Alliances is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy globally in conjunction with our internal partner team and our focus global alliance partners.  This person will help to define and execute high-impact campaigns to promote awareness, drive demand generation and ultimately, partner sales, both net new logos and upsell to existing customers.  The individual will work collaboratively with the corporate and regional marketing teams to drive virtual and in person events.  This individual will leverage their extensive experience in channel and partner marketing, strong analytic skills, expertise in influencing cross functional organizations at all levels, content creation knowledge and best practices to develop measurable results. The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager reports to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing.

Position Responsibilities:

•Build a GTM Global Marketing Strategy for both Dell Technologies and Pure Storage.  These are both “meet in the channel” partners.  

•Work collaboratively with our product partner marketing team to create effective content for collateral, campaigns and events.

•Work with all related groups within Commvault to ensure successful execution and launch of Partner marketing activities including Field Sales and Marketing (by region), Integrated Marketing, Sales Operations, Corporate Communications, and others as required. 

•Secure buy-in on campaign and program metrics, KPIs, etc. analyze and communicate status against agreed metrics, identify opportunities to improve or optimize results.

 Position Requirements:

• Significant experience (12+ years) in channel/partner marketing programs in an enterprise software company

• Strong experience in creating and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns including creative, content, digital, social, live and virtual events and leveraging industry best practices

• Experience working with Alliances and marketing through the channel.

• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and execute large projects and deadlines

• Superior communication (oral and verbal) and presentation skills at all levels of the business

• Strong teamwork focus and ability to work across both global as well as cross-functional organizations

• Budgeting, Metrics and Dashboard creation and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Approximately 20-30% travel required

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:

$134,300 - $247,300
