CACI has an immediate need for a Senior Organizational Change Management Analyst for SAP.

CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Group is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst interested in growing their career with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) team!  NCAPS is an effort to consolidate current application support and transform IT capability delivery across the NASA enterprise including general IT, customer support, information management, and mission support systems. 

The Opportunity:

CACI is actively seeking an experienced Senior an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support the SAP S/4 implementation.   You will support the client and help provide an OCM Strategy, including a communications and training plan strategy for users who will operate in the new S/4 environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, organizational culture, and readiness for change.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate an organization's readiness and capacity for change, identifying potential barriers and areas of resistance
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans, tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the organization
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build alignment, garner support, and facilitate buy-in for proposed changes
  • Design and implement communication plans to ensure timely and transparent communication of change initiatives, progress updates, and impacts to stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip stakeholders with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Lead the implementation of change initiatives, providing guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process
  • Anticipate and address resistance to change through proactive engagement, coaching, and mitigation strategies, fostering a culture of openness and receptivity to change
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of change management efforts, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years relevant experience (education/experience substitution can be considered)
  • Must have previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA
  • Experience with OCM for system integration best practices for large scale transformations Experience driving stakeholder management activities and deliverables
  • Experience identifying and managing key stakeholder and business representatives
  • Ability to collaborate and work toward common outcomes
  • Experience with development of stakeholder analysis, change impact collection, change communications, process adoption, and training development and delivery
  • Proven experience in project and time management to produce deliverables or solutions in an iterative, agile manner (resulting in client buy in, insight or approval)
  • Proven experience in preparing for and facilitating effective sessions

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
