Currently, ManTech is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Oracle HCM Developer.  This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implement & support Oracle HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations, and reports
• Lead Data Conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Lead Data Integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) between Legacy Applications to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Support Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors
• Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth
• Develop OTBI or BI Publisher reports using Data Model SQLs
• Develop Fast formulas as needed with data integrations
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze, and take appropriate action to remediate issues

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred field of study is Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 8+ Years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
• 5+ Years of experience in building inbound and outbound data integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud
• 2+ Years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations
• Hands on experience in automating end to end integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience with customizations/personalization and approvals/workflows
• Ability to develop adhoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with SQL
• Tools: BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader

Clearance Requirements:

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$168,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
