Summary:

In this role, you will develop and execute the organizations omnichannel marketing strategy. You will partner with business / enterprise marketing teams and support marketing campaign production to include email development, web page creation, and other channels though our Account-Based Marketing and Customer Data platforms. You will identify and leverage the most influential media and tactics for reaching and engaging customers to drive business growth and drive optimization through data-driven performance insights.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the omnichannel marketing strategy by aligning business goals across cross-functional teams and translating them into tactical execution.

  • Marketing campaign implementation and management (measure, track and analyze the outcomes of campaigns across different organic and paid media channels).

  • Identify and leverage the most effective channels and tactics for reaching and engaging customers, utilizing our Customer Data Platform and Account-based Marketing platform.

  • Partner with analytics division to structure omnichannel campaigns with meaningful KPIs to test and advance business objectives.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Drive operational process improvement and explore the use of new technologies, such as GenAI, to enhance our team's work.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in a marketing or a related field preferred. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in marketing required.

  • Experience with omnichannel strategy and implementing marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of various channels (i.e., Pardot, Dynamics Sitecore, Web, Email, ABX Platforms, LinkedIn, Google Pay-Per-Click, etc.)

  • Expertise in the B2B healthcare marketing industry, a plus.

  • Collaborative team player who exhibits personal accountability and can independently manage projects from conception to completion.

  • Strong written, interpersonal, presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $127,600.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
