As the Senior Manager, Website Experience with a focus on International Strategy, you will be responsible for strategic initiatives to support constantcontact.com by optimizing our end to end funnels to drive conversion for our international markets across the buyer's journey. This includes developing and executing website marketing strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversions (trial sign ups) across multiple global markets including: the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 

Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-regional marketing campaigns, partnering with our international GMs and in-region marketing teams, understanding content localization, and optimizing the website experience for diverse international audiences - including partnering with our Creative team on imagery and copy. In addition to having a data curious mindset to evaluate journey flows and identify friction within the funnel, you will be responsible for a site roadmap with strategic optimization initiatives including a/b testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

What you’ll do: 

  • International Website Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven website marketing strategies tailored to international markets, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and brand positioning.
  • Partner Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our International GMs and Indirect Marketing team to create, develop, and launch end to end funnels to support Franchise, Multi-Account, Agencies for our partners.
  • Content Localization & Optimization: Work closely with content and design teams to ensure the website is localized for different languages, cultures, and regional preferences. Optimize content for SEO, ensuring relevance and cultural appropriateness across key global markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Support, and Regional Marketing teams to align website messaging, product offerings, and promotional activities with regional priorities.
  • Buyer's Journey: Create end to end personalized funnel experiences from .Com through to Product, aligned to the Buyer's Journey.
