Senior Manager, Sales Enablement
Remote (US or Canada)
As the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our enablement programs. You are experienced in developing and managing data-driven programs and leading teams. You’ll elevate our enablement strategy by crafting impactful training and resources. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring our teams have the tools and knowledge they need to excel.
This is a remote opportunity within the US or Canada.
What you can expect:
- Strategy: [1] Partner with Sr. Director, Sales Enablement to establish xDR Enablement Programs and strategy, objectives, and program roadmap to address enablement needs[2] Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform Enablement strategy and programming. [3] Build an xDR “academy” that includes learning “how” to be an xDR, excelling as an xDR, and progressing your career as an xDR and beyond. The academy will consist of onboarding and everboarding, aligning with the overall enablement strategy.[4] Align with Demand Generation teams for new business and expansion to enable prospecting strategy, outbound and inbound. [5] Shape the Enablement teams’ structure by recommending and implementing improvements supporting the strategy.
- Program Development and Management: [1] Design, develop, and implement enablement programs that support the growth and effectiveness of sales, customer success, and other customer-facing teams.[2] Continuously assess and refine enablement programs to ensure they align with company goals and deliver measurable results.[3] Facilitate open communication channels between teams to ensure alignment and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Training and Content Creation: [1] Manage the development and delivery of enablement materials, resources, and tools that enhance team members' knowledge and skills.[2] Manage engaging content creation, including e-learning modules, workshops, and documentation tailored to various learning styles and needs.
- Communications: [1] Lead the development and administration of a communications program for the GTM team, including calendaring, live meetings, async learning, and newsletters.
