POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Senior Manager Regional Sales for our Hospitality business based in the western part of the U.S (Mountain, Arizona or Pacific Time Zone). This leader will drive business development and revenue growth in the hotel electronic locks market. The Senior Manager Regional Sales will have responsibility for an annual sales target, develop strategic sales initiatives, mentor the team, and ensure execution of the sales plan.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $150,000 - $165,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and manage a field sales team of 10 employees, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members to ensure a skilled, high-performing team.
  • Identify new market opportunities and provide strategic insights to enhance the company’s positioning in the assigned territory
  • Responsible for the forecasting process for assigned territory, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company’s S&OP framework.
  • Drive the effective use of Salesforce CRM within the team, ensuring all sales activities, pipelines, and opportunities are accurately recorded and tracked.
  • Work closely with other departments, including product and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of strategic goals.

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the access control, security, or hospitality industries.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering multi-million dollar revenue targets.
  • Experience in Salesforce or another Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, sales forecasting, and S&OP planning.
  • Travel – 50%
