As our Senior Pricing and Lock Desk Manager, you will have a crucial role in coordinating ZHL's pricing and margin strategies independently. You will be responsible for managing pricing, margin optimization, and leading the team in charge of all lock desk functions, including price exceptions, lock extensions, lender credits, and program changes. You will be developing advanced reporting and in-depth data analysis to effectively address complex business challenges. Ensuring the scalability of Pricing and Lock Desk functions across all aspects of ZHL's operations will be a key focus. Moreover, you will be leading the evolution of these functions towards automation and technology oversight, aligning them with the company's growth trajectory.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $139,800.00 - $223,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Seasoned mortgage professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in pricing for an originate-to-sell mortgage lender.
Proficient in product/pricing engines and expert at rate sheet generation and management.
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and other relevant tools.
Skilled in developing pricing models for FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, Jumbo, and other Non-Agency Mortgage products.
Familiarity with Agency Cash and MBS pricing models, coupled with extensive margin management and reporting experience.
Strong analytical prowess and project management abilities with keen attention to detail and able to turn data into information.
Proven leadership experience, including managing a Lock Desk and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, improving results through effective communication and teamwork.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.
In-depth knowledge of agency and investor guidelines, product offerings, and expertise in delivery/loan sale execution.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
Previous experience with Mortech PPE and Encompass LOS is advantageous.
Strong partner with Product and Technology teams
