What this job can offer you
The Senior Manager, People Operations role provides an exciting opportunity to oversee our People Operations at Remote, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives that scale our processes, leverage our platform and inform future development of our HR global platform. This position requires managing a team of dedicated specialists focused on ensuring operational excellence and creating seamless employee experiences in a global, fully remote environment. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving the transformation of the People Operations team to be a strategic partner to the business informing global people policies, establishing organizational analytics while demonstrating Remote's values, goals, and mission. Additionally, this role includes overseeing HRIS data governance and integrity fostering a culture of insights and innovation.

- Demonstrated track record of fostering innovation, inspiring and empowering a team of People Operations Specialists to achieve operational excellence and deliver a seamless employee experience while promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Expertise in leading People Operations teams to achieve operational excellence, delivering seamless employee experiences.
- Experience in implementing operational best practices that enhance productivity and create enriching employee experiences.
- Proficiency in overseeing HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data governance, accuracy, and functionality, while spearheading automation initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
