The Senior Program Manager, Payer Operations, will lead both the implementation of new initiatives and the ongoing management, strategy, and optimization of existing processes and programs. This role will not only oversee complex, cross-functional projects, but will also drive the strategic build-out and evolution of the payer operations function, ensuring alignment and seamless execution to support the success and scalability of Spring Health’s payer business. In addition, the Senior Program Manager will be an external-facing leader, managing high-impact relationships with payer partners, communicating operational performance, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with partner expectations. Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential to fostering collaboration and supporting the long-term success of our payer partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Health Plan Operations, this role is key to advancing our payer strategy and operational excellence.
