The salary range for this role, based in Illinois is $128,160.00 to $160,200.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, National Accounts, Target/Walgreens role is a critical role within the Chains team. This person will lead the PRUSA Spirits and Wine/Champagne portfolio calling on the National Buying Teams of Target and Walgreens. Qualities that we are seeking for this position are: Off Premise National Account leadership success, ability to prioritize time, self-starter, commercial courage, leadership, excellent communicator, strategic, team player and agile. Key responsibilities will include creating short- and long-term strategic plans for their customer base. Professionally representing PRUSA on a daily basis with our customers and wholesalers. Developing market specific annual plans for key states, while hosting monthly calls for all key states to review business. This position requires working closely with many stakeholders (VP National Chains, State Leadership, State & Division Finance, Insights, Commercial Marketing Teams and our distributor network. Ultimately building a winning solution to grow PRUSA share and revenue in their assigned customer base.
Responsibilities
- Central Representative calling on Target and Walgreens – developing insightful plans and strategies to drive share through enhanced assortment, merchandising and promotional opportunities.
- Develop Playbooks and Customer Plans for key regions/ states.
