Senior Manager, Mobile App Marketing Analytics & Data

Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Mobile App Marketing Analytics and Data to join our team. Reporting to the VP, Mobile App Marketing Lead, you will help shape the strategy and management of Mobile App Marketing accounts and our agency. This is a remote-friendly position. You will not have any direct reports.

You will integrate across our client's business, partners, in addition to collaborating with other cross-functional, internal colleagues to provide an integrated and data-fueled response to affect and exceed marketing goals. You will be integrated across mobile app partner platforms, including MMPs, DCOs, DSPs, Media Networks, amongst others.

Main Accountabilities:

• You will support our overall Mobile App team strategy and approach to paid Mobile App search management, in cooperation with the VP, Mobile App Marketing
• Immerse yourself in our client's business by gaining an understanding of their performance metrics, business model, media landscape, and their evolving category within Mobile App stores.
• You will collaborate with our teams (Analytics, Client Services, Creative and Investments) to manage client relationships as it relates to Mobile App marketing strategy, team and performance
• Ensure best practice and progress in all paid mobile media activities; ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
• You will develop reporting infrastructures and be accountable for communication of this specific to our client's business goals
• You will partner with other channels and client programs to share and learn strategies internally to ensure the ideas/new strategies are always being thought about
• Ensure vendor management and communication, amongst team and client
• Partner with client services and analytics teams for monthly, quarterly and annual budget forecasting to support growth
• Contribute to new business development
• Willing to provide tactical/operational help across the media teams

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Mobile App Marketing media and data refinement
• 2+ years of experience within a digital agency
• Experience with Mobile App Privacy standards across operating systems and regional, domestic and international markets
• Experience with the nuances of Mobile App data integrating across Paid Search /SEM, Display Media, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate and the Attribution opportunity(s) associated with each, which impact measurement outputs.
• Knowledge with Structured Data/Data Feeds as they apply to Google UAC & Apple Search Ads, DSPs and MMPs.
• Experience supporting on strategic presentations through data-supported insights.
• Analyze complex issues while developing realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challenges through execution
• Examples of working through a growth mindset for clients media performance
• Experience working on integrated media team(s) for an enterprise account(s)

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
