Senior Manager, Industry Business Development – AI RAN and Aerial

We are seeking an Industry Business Development (IBD) Leader for AI RAN to join our outstanding team preferably in Santa Clara, CA, USA. As an IBD for AI RAN, you will have a vital role evangelizing the adoption of AI RAN with Telecommunication Carriers around the globe and with RAN ecosystem partners. This position offers a distinctive opportunity to help drive the adoption of the next generation RAN infrastructure that will support AI in parallel to the RAN, within the RAN itself and on top of the RAN.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate with the NVIDIA AI Aerial product teams to represent the latest product capabilities to the Telco community and also provide feedback from those considering adoption/POCs/and production environments.

• Qualify, develop, and onboard new NVIDIA AI Aerial customers around the world.

• Cultivate productive collaborations with NVIDIA ecosystem - oversee business advancement, measuring performance, and fostering executive relationships.

• Create and present the value proposition; identify and prioritize key target customers and work to educate ecosystem partners as a multiplier

• Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to promote NVIDIA AI Aerial success stories; develop case studies, participate in industry events to drive awareness

• Fully understand the 5G/6G trends and how NVIDIA’s full portfolio of AI Software, Hardware and Networking capabilities can be leveraged to create the best network experience and TCO for the carriers.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience.

• 12+ overall years of experience with RAN / ORAN technology, with deep technical understanding of Telco Networks and how accelerated computing and AI can be used to in the Network itself.

• 5+ years of team management experience.

• Familiarity / experience with AI, Generative AI and Accelerated Computing.

• Quality experience in collaborating with partner ecosystems.

• Ability to present technical information both to engineering and to the C-Suite.

• The ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Master's degree and/or MBA is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Work experience with top tier Network Equipment providers

• Work experience with Telecommunications Service Providers in the Network organization

• Proven track record of innovation and successful implementations of AI / Accelerated Computing.

The cash compensation range is 248,000 USD - 419,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
