The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional project management and communication skills, capable of managing complex programs and delivering impactful experiences across a global organization.
As a Senior Manager, you will manage multiple high-profile programs, from concept to execution, working collaboratively across internal stakeholders and external partners. You will play a key role in bringing this client’s, a global tech brand, culture to life through innovative experiences.

Compensation
$90,000-$110,000 annual salary
Overview
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Event & Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end management of corporate events and programs, ranging from small team trainings to large-scale summits. Lead project planning, execution, and post-event analysis for a diverse portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with client’s mission and culture.
- Strategic Program Development:Partner with the Senior Director as well as junior team members and seasoned freelance producers, to develop and implement strategies that elevate the attendee experience. Identify opportunities to innovate and scale programs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and fiscal needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on event objectives, deliverables, and outcomes. Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in managing relationships.
- Vendor & Partner Management:Build and manage relationships with event production partners and vendors, including those specializing in live production, technology solutions, venues, local DMCs, and logistics. Ensure all deliverables meet the client’s high standards for quality and execution.
- Budget Oversight:Develop, manage, and track program budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Proposal Development & Presentation:Strong track record of creating compelling proposal presentations and executive-level decks, with exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and drive stakeholder buy-in both in-person and virtually
- Deliverable Ownership:Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including presentation decks, production schedules, run-of-shows, and status reports. Ensure all deadlines and milestones are met to support program success.
- Onsite Leadership:Lead onsite event execution, ensuring all logistics and technical elements are flawlessly managed. Provide oversight during installations, rehearsals, and live events to ensure alignment with objectives and brand standards.
- Continuous Improvement:Analyze and report on program performance, gathering feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Establish best practices and optimize processes to drive efficiency and impact.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event planning, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in event management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional events for premium brands
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Experience in live event production and technology integration is preferred
- Ability to tell a story visually in presentation decks
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends to support events
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed both nationally and internationally
