Senior Manager, Global Brand Management
Remote CA - R1, United States
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned licensors; acting as Eyewear liaison to licensor
Develop and monitor the strategic business plan for product and marketing; execute through the interaction and support of a cross-functional team and various department heads
Develop global brand strategies to capitalize on market opportunities as they arise
Develop brand positioning for eyewear; continually develop recommendations that improve brand positioning and manage the implementation of those initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams through full life cycle of a product (design, production, forecasting and capacity planning) to ensure long-term success of the brand/product
Maintain brand integrity including advertising and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to the brand
Oversee product market research and analysis, product sales analysis, and competitor product analysis
Execute new product launches
Participate in the development of budgets and monitoring of expenses to ensure that costs are within established levels
Monitor performance of employees; provide prompt and objective coaching, feedback, and counseling to help ensure high levels of engaged team members
Assure that effective communications are maintained within the department
Perform all other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelorās degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 1 additional year of experience related to functional area
Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies
Ability to elevate the perception of our brands, corporate brand, and our company
Experience in eyewear, beauty, fashion, or fashion-related industry
Excellent project management skills and experience managing large projectsĀ
Proven track record of influencing constituents for optimal results
Excellent analytical capabilities
Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction
Ability to write and present clear and concise reportsĀ
Travel domestic and international required
