The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:

RTX launched oneRTX focused on leveraging the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity and performance. The oneRTX | Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential.

The intent of oneRTX | PST is to harmonize processes, tools and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform – SAP’s S/4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks to enable all employees to focus on value-add activities.  With processes optimized and harmonized, we can leverage our scale so teams across RTX can share resources, leverage talent seamlessly and identify efficiencies. We will reduce cost and effort and improve performance as we break down silos and establish consistent ways of working.

The Enterprise Hub will be the first S/4 HANA implementation for oneRTX | PST.  The Enterprise Hub will service the needs of the corporate home office and enterprise services at RTX.  Capabilities of the Enterprise Hub include, but are not limited to, finance for corporate, indirect procurement for corporate, treasury, tax, consolidations, financial planning and related shared services operations of RTX.

What You Will Do

  • Support the team in maintaining and supporting several activities, including cleansing data, researching data conversions, and ensuring data integrity.

  • Support data migrations for Enterprise Hub.

  • Develop and document requirements for analysis files and accuracy checks.

  • Collaborates with the project team to develop and refine data management and analytics procedures, systems, workflows, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics team to develop, design, and maintain reports that provide insights to drive business decisions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights through visualizations.

  • Consult with project team members and customer stakeholders to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current reporting capabilities, and challenges related to the business functions.

  • Test reports/dashboard projects following business and functional design following best practices for quality assurance.

  • Record and track defects uncovered during test execution and assist in defect resolution.

  • Complete special projects as needed

  • Ability to travel ~25-50%  

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

  • Experience with large scale system implementation project

  • CORE and project management expertise   

  • Experience with SAP, MS Application Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and other applicable software

  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

  • Demonstrates leadership with the ability to work effectively and communicate across all levels and functions

  • Works to influence parties regarding policies, risks, opportunities, areas for improvements, practices and procedures

Minimum Program Qualifications:

  • Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application

  • Have prior experience in functional area of interest

  • Have interest in returning in either a full time or part time position

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
