So how do we do it?

Our platform provides access to actionable, quick and smart insights to amplify creative effectiveness and shape winning innovation, empowering creators with the agility and the data they need to make better decisions about the ads and innovation they take to market.

Through working with some of the biggest brands in the world, we’ve built technology that lets our customers see their product innovations and advertising ideas through their consumers’ eyes so they can quickly iterate, optimize, validate and learn — increasing their chances of in-market success.

About the team:

At Zappi, you’ll be joining a passionate team of marketers who are on a mission to help our own world-class customers, some of the best-known B2C brands on the planet, to evolve their own marketing, advertising, and innovation. We have a distinctive, highly differentiated brand, known for our quirky and fun energy, and for building incredible relationships with our customers. Our customers love us, promote us, and love to get on stage with us. Probably because we love them too! This comes through in our marketing, and in the way we work every day.

About the role:

As the Senior Manager / Director, GTM Enablement you’ll be a key member of the Product Marketing team, responsible for organizing and streamlining our content management systems and internal LMS platforms. Working as a leader directly under the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll own the strategic direction and execution of key solutions like Highspot, ensuring our CMS & LMS platforms serve as the core, trusted backbone for training, enablement, and content distribution. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the right content is easily accessible for all sales and customer success teams, is aligned with our product releases, and that these teams are empowered to sell effectively with the right tools and training.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of product enablement, who is adept at managing the end-to-end process of content development, training, and product release integration. You should thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing to ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and optimize internal learning systems: lead the strategy and execution for current systems (Highspot, WorkRamp) and future systems, ensuring these platforms are streamlined, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of the business.
  • Manage content workflows: collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure content is up to date and aligned with new product releases, ensuring that sales teams can easily access and use it.
  • Lead product enablement initiatives: drive enablement for new product releases, ensuring the sales team is well-prepared with training materials, competitive insights, and best practices for selling the latest products (co-authored with product and product marketing).
  • Build and maintain scalable training processes: develop materials and processes for continuous training and product updates that are easily scalable, ensuring teams are always equipped with the most relevant information.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure content and training are aligned across the GTM function.
  • Establish clear guidelines for content consumption: make it clear to sales teams which products to sell, how to sell them, and make the process as straightforward as possible to drive (and track) success.
  • Continuously improve the GTM ecosystem: identify and implement improvements to product and offering-related content management, training processes, and tools that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the GTM teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in product or GTM enablement, preferably including sales enablement; min 8+ years of experience GTM roles in SaaS or tech companies
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing content management systems and internal LMS platforms, like Highspot and WorkRamp (or similar and related tools for enablement).
  • Extensive experience in product enablement, particularly in high-growth environments, and understanding of the product release process.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to create clear, scalable processes and systems that make it easy for teams to stay aligned and up to date.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Experience driving enablement for complex product ecosystems, revamping and untangling existing ecosystems to rebuild with best practices, and managing content migration or restructuring projects.

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to lead and shape the GTM enablement function in a fast-growing, fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and drive impact on the success of our sales teams and product launches.
  • Lead the optimization of our training systems to make it easier for teams to succeed.

If you're passionate about building scalable processes, leading by example, improving sales team efficiency, and driving product success, we’d love to hear from you!
