A Brief Overview
The Senior Manager, Data and Analytics will be responsible for delivering analysis and insights that drive the strategic direction and optimization of our product solutions. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data related to product performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement, innovation, and growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager will help shape data-driven decisions and strategies that align with business goals. This role will also have the capability to build and lead a high-performing team of data professionals or manage multiple programs of substantial scope and impact to support the continuous improvement of our product offerings.

What you will do
- Develop and implement a strategic approach for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to product usage, performance, and market trends
- Analyze large datasets, including transactional, behavioral, and demographic data, to uncover insights that inform product development and optimization strategies
- Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Tableau, SAS, and other data visualization and statistical software to perform deep-dive analysis on product metrics, user behavior, and market opportunities
- Recommend improvements to product design, functionality, and user experience based on data findings, fostering a culture of continuous product innovation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, identifying areas for optimization to drive growth, retention, and revenue
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a learning culture focused on analytical excellence, regular feedback, accountability, and professional development
- Communicate complex data insights to key stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions that align with the company’s business objectives. Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of related management experience
Skills and Abilities
- Extensive experience related to data analysis
- Ability to define product strategy and deliver to C-suite
- Strong customer experience focus
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
- Experience with connecting and analyzing large datasets
- Expertise in presenting data visually to provide a clear, compelling story
- Strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, optimize data sets, tools, and analysis techniques to drive business outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of corporate data
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

The salary range for this role is $103,700 to $273,700. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
