As a Senior Manager, Contracts within our Landing Systems team; you will work remotely leading a team of Contracts professionals and supports the Landing Systems Supply Chain senior leadership team by overseeing completion of contracts, training employees, and overseeing the analysis of critical data.
This position also assists in policy implementation in support of the Supply Chain and OGC department strategies and influences senior management and others in the organization on complex contractual issues.
What YOU Will Do:
Lead a team of experienced contracts professionals in supporting the Supply Chain function with contract negotiations, claims negotiations, policy management, and other activities as required for the business unit.
Provide day-to-day advice, support and guidance to colleagues in respect of contractual matters, taking a solution focused approach to business problems and providing a risk-based analysis of options available.
Conduct contract negotiations of key supplier agreements, ensure adequate flow of contract administration, business cases and approvals preparations, in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Help leadership train employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to contract law related to the business.
Where disputes over contract terms arise, provide initial support to the teams through interpretation of contractual requirements and collaboration with further OGC stakeholders.
Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure that appropriate contractual requirements are included in business cases
Compile and analyze data and maintain historical information to ensure ease of accessibility and retrieval of data and documents.
Ability to travel up to 30%, (this will vary based on business needs)
Work flexible hours, sometimes outside normal 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM working hours to support communication across different time zones, including international.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract negotiation, drafting and dispute resolution
