Senior Manager, Contract Lifecycle Management

NVIDIA is looking for the experienced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) leader for its worldwide DocuSign architecture development, deployment and ongoing administration. In addition to the deep technical capability, the successful candidate will have compelling process mapping and organizational change skills.

What you'll be doing:

• DocuSign CLM program and architecture design

• Lead DocuSign CLM implementation of process improvements, enhancements and ongoing administration

• Work with business users to translate the business needs into technical requirements for enhancements to the initial system design

• Maintain governance of solutions and drive standard methodologies across business divisions

• Coordination of efforts with other teams and with IT to complete interfaces and complementary components to deliver those requirements

• Lead UAT test cycles for project

• Manage innovation and enhancement request process - prioritization, communication, facilitation of user functional / acceptance testing and training on new enhancements

• Manage templates, clause library and playbooks, workflow, and other key configurations to align with evolving business needs

• Work closely with India based CLM admin resource to provide global support of the program

What we need to see:

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience

• 10+ overall years proven functional/technical professional with enterprise business application implementation or support

• 2+ years people leadership experience

• Hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM

• Functional literacy with business process mapping

• 8+ years validated project management experience plus 10+ years of process analyst experience, preferred

• Completion or enrollment in DocuSign University courses: DocuSign CLM Essentials, DocuSign Process Automation, DocuSign Process Automation with Salesforce

• 8+ years of programming experience (any language) including working proficiency with XLM, XPath, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and APEX

The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
