Job Description

WHILE THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION, CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN EITHER THE NYC OR CHICAGO AREA IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

As the Senior Manager, Analytics, you will be expected to own a portion of a client (line of business or channel) from end-to-end and to serve as the analytics partner for client teams. You will deliver data driven, strategic marketing insights with the support of associates; only needing assistance from senior team members for high-level meetings.

You will also be expected to manage their engagements and to clearly define project deliverables and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity, proactively digging through data to support recommendations and hypotheses. You will report to the VP, Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the development of measurement strategies; learning agendas and roadmaps with input from senior team members and internal stakeholders.
  • You will manage, execute and deliver data requirements, dashboards, custom and ad hoc analyses.
  • You will ensure all work delivered is high-quality and accurate. Identify data discrepancy and troubleshoot when need.
  • You will independently deliver results and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • You will be willing to commute into both dentsu and client offices as needed for in person presentations and relationship fostering
  • You will demonstrate strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.
  • You will work to develop subject matter expertise in both traditional (Linear TV) and digital media (Social, OLV, Search, eCommerce, Shopper, etc.)
  • You will contribute to the success of other team members by providing training, knowledge sharing and best practices
  • You will mentor and educate junior and offshore team members on job-relevant skills (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
