ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Senior Instructional Designer at Trustly, you will be responsible for building & maintaining learning experiences. You have a passion for L&D and can help create, maintain, and facilitate training as needed in partnership with other teammates. You know how important proper training is to ensure that our teammates around the globe always deliver great experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create new training modules by researching various sources to develop appropriate learning materials.
• Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated application of adult learning theory in a corporate environment.
• Proactively update & revise training modules as the business changes to ensure that modules are up to date when needed.
