JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Senior HRBP Manager who will provide strategic HR leadership for field business functions, partnering closely with leadership to drive a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources of Go to Market and Customer Experience, this role will focus on talent/resource planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and workforce productivity to support business transformation and growth. The ideal candidate is an influential HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a track record of building strong partnerships with senior leaders.

This ideal candidate lives in either New Jersey or South Florida with ability to go to the office when needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning business objectives with HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce capabilities.

  • Drive and implement talent management initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.

  • Lead employee engagement efforts, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring an exceptional employee experience that aligns with company values.

  • Partner with leadership to assess and evolve organizational structures, change management initiatives, and workforce strategies to enable business growth and transformation.

  • Facilitate performance management, career development, and recognition programs that reinforce execution, innovation, and passion within the client group.

  • Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the global HR team to implement best practices and ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives across the organization.

  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while proactively identifying and addressing potential HR risks.

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business impact.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PHR or SPHR preferred.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting senior leaders in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

  • Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient in Excel

  • Strong analytical skills: demonstrate passion and skill for drawing actionable insights from raw data.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders.

  • Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.

  • Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders, driving business-aligned HR strategies.

  • Experience in a high-growth, global technology or SaaS environment preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in executing HR programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and make data-informed decisions.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results.

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:

$134,300 - $247,300
