About the role

Zillow Group is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, Mortgages. The Senior HRBP will be a strategic advisor to Zillow Group Mortgages people managers and employees. You will handle daily HR activities including employee relations, workforce planning, organizational integration and culture building.
