About the Role

The Senior Health Client Manager oversees health navigation service delivery and consults on domain expertise. They manage client requirements, handling multiple clients of varying sizes and complexities. Excelling in interpersonal skills and negotiation, they act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor others. This role may require occasional travel to improve client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • · Ongoing relationship with clients and maintain regular communication with key client stakeholders.
  • · Evaluating manage, and resolve complex operational and technical challenges.
  • · Understanding our technology solutions to better serve client needs.
  • · Organizing, plan, and lead both internal and external meetings effectively.
  • · Coordinating with clients and the health pro team. Ensure all required materials for health pro delivery have been received
  • · Demonstrating value effectively and establish appropriate expectations with the client regarding navigation service delivery
  • · Collaborating with Health Navigation Team Manager to understand and resolve complex customer and client escalations
  • · Collaborating seamlessly with a global team dedicated to client delivery and satisfaction. Executing the solution roadmap for the client.
  • · Developing new, thoughtful approaches to solve standard problems as a subject matter expert
  • · Acting as a peer leader and mentor among the Health Client Manager team.
