We have an exciting remote opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Global Trade Manager to join our team!
What You Will Do:
- Drive import compliance including requirements management, testing/auditing, and addressing turn backs.
- Collect, analyze, and report global trade metrics.
- Identify and elevate risks, capturing the risk profile of sites, and assist in prioritization of mitigation efforts.
- Partner with businesses to analyze duty mitigation opportunities and implement customs voluntary programs.
- Support compliant execution of existing US duty avoidance programs
- Drive CTPAT recertification and business requirements/process for OGA requirements such as TSCA and FDA.
- Facilitate global customs community communication.
- Work with other members of the TARM (Transfers and Authorizations Requirements Management) team to maintain and enhance PW trade compliance tools in support of imports/exports and transfers.
- Lead teams to conduct improvement projects globally.
- Assist in the development and deployment of automated solutions for transactional work.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training for users of PW trade requirements and compliance tools.
- Support investigations corrective actions, and external audits as necessary.
- Support export compliance as needed, including filing/amending, testing/audits, etc.
- Provide support/mentoring to less experience personnel.
- Support other department activities as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience working with Customs Compliance, for both exports and imports; OR an advanced degree with and 7+ years of experience working with Customs Compliance, for both exports and imports.
- Experience with duty mitigation implementation including drawback, free trade agreements, foreign trade zones, tariff engineering, etc.
- Experience with data collection, data cleansing, data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to analyze problems, assess options and propose solutions.
- Proven ability to manage significant improvement projects.
- Excellent communication skills for all levels of an organization.
- US Licensed Customs Broker.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may re‐quire access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Additional Trade certifications such as Certified US Export Compliance Officer.
- CTPAT implementation experience.
- ITAR and EAR authorization experience.
- Experience with non-US trade regulations/processes.
- Certified Internal Auditor or other like certification.
- Six Sigma, Ace, Core designation.
- SAP/GTS knowledge.
- A detailed oriented proven self-starter with very strong organizational skills.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
