Senior Forensic Solutions Consultant

Exterro is currently seeking a highly motivated, organized and goal-oriented Solutions Consultant. You will be exposed to a fast-paced, dynamic, and successful work environment. You will be responsible for representing our entire suite of E-Discovery, Privacy and Digital Forensics software products.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced product presentations for customers and prospects.
- Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
- Perform customer needs assessments and discovery sessions.
- Provide responses for product and technical requests.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company products, functions, features, and benefits.
- Provide training during POC and in sandbox environments.
- Review customer operations for improving business processes and identifying opportunities.
- Contribute to the success of various groups and functional teams beyond the sales organization.
- Actively collaborate with the Product Management and Marketing teams on a regular basis to provide information based on customer and industry interactions.
- Continuously demonstrate competency in Exterro’s products, roadmap, and the Data Risk Management industry.
- Understand relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.
- Participate at conferences, trade shows, and other events as requested by Management and Product Marketing.
- Join relevant user groups, industry groups, and similar organizations.
- Must be a highly motivated, strong team player who is open to new ideas.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales engineering experience
- 5+ years of Law Enforcement or E-discovery
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- Preferred Certifications: EnCE, CFCE, ACE, CISSP, CHFI
- Superior presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification.
- Ability to work effectively on a remote basis.
- Requires an action-oriented individual with a very strong initiative to be successful.

As a remote first organization, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary range for this remote position is $100,000-$120,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Exterro is a total compensation company, and this role may be eligible for variable pay, equity, bonus and/or other forms of compensation as part of the package. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, flexible paid time off and more.
