Our Finance team builds the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future. We work closely with teams across the company, as well as with external partners. Our primary stakeholders include Payer, Provider, Life Sciences (LSEPS), Product & Technology, and shared services such as HR, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and overall Executive and Corporate activities.
The Product & Technology Finance team is looking for an inquisitive and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to join our team. Specializing in supporting the Technology organization. As part of this role, you will own the creation and management of the forecast, budget, and strategic plan, produce monthly actual P&Ls and variance analysis, maintain financial models for Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), Operating Expenses (OPEX), Capital Development (Cap Dev), and Allocations. In addition, this role will partner cross-functionally with other Finance teams to manage key line items on the P&L and ensure the consistency and accuracy of our financial projects across materials. Aside from the primary roles and responsibilities (R&R), the role will also be expected to up-level the quality and depth of modeling, reporting, analytics, and dashboards for stakeholder consumption. This suite will include modeling, reporting and analytics around cloud (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) applications and usage, headcount, productivity/service KPIs, software capitalization, hardware, and vendor agreements.
