Compensation Range: $120,000 to $130,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do: 

Huntress is looking to add a Senior Field Marketing Manager to our growing Marketing team! As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning and executing all aspects of field marketing events with an emphasis on our branded roadshows, and collaborative Sales-led field events. Your strategic execution and expertise will drive revenue growth and elevate the company's brand visibility in target markets globally. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure field marketing campaigns and initiatives align with overall business objectives and are executed successfully. This position requires ~40% travel.

Responsibilities:

Field Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies that are aligned with sales and marketing objectives to drive revenue and market expansion in your assigned area of ownership.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand & Creative teams to create best-in-class marketing recruitment campaigns, designs, and experiences.
  • Own vendor management and pre, during, and post-campaign flows and follow-up for your assigned area of ownership.

Corporate Events, Roadshows, Field & Sponsored Events

  • Own the logistics, planning, organization, and execution of corporate events with emphasis on our branded roadshows, ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional attendee experiences, and positive brand impressions that result in customer satisfaction and pipeline generation within your area of ownership.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event themes and messaging with the overall marketing strategy.
