As the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant you will:

Essential Functions:

  • Provides high-impact executive support to the President, or other senior-most business leaders.

  • Manages intricate schedules, executive travel, and confidential communications in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

  • Supports client-facing executives, coordinating high-level interactions with key external partners, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Serves as a strategic liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external business relationships.

  • Oversees executive initiatives, contributing to high-stakes decision-making and organizational priorities.

  • Prepares executive briefs, presentation decks, and talking points to ensure seamless leadership communications.

  • Operates with a high level of autonomy, discretion, and problem-solving, shaping executive operations and external engagements.

Professional Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • 5-7+ years of professional Executive assistant experience 

This position requires a hybrid work schedule in New York with in-office presence on designated days.

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $90,000 - $100,000k plus performance bonus of 8%.  Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).  Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
