Job Description

We are in search of a Workflow Management Practice leader to join our established Technology Strategy team. You will partner with other senior capability leaders at Merkle and Dentsu to build this practice. This important role involves leading the design and implementation of first Adobe Workfront solutions (later all workflow management solutions), ensuring they align with our clients' project management needs and our goals. This is a complex position as you will need to work across capability areas and have deep technical knowledge, but also have experience to understand how workflow management is not just technology but people, process and change management skills. You will report to the SVP, Capability Lead. This is a remote role. Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide Solution Leadership, offering strategic guidance and accelerating delivery for clients.
  • You will partner with the SVP, Tech Strategy to create, steer and lead the GTM strategy for this work
  • You will be Configuration SME, applying Workfront design and configuration expertise
  • You will improve Internal Capability Enablement, promoting practice growth and knowledge sharing.
  • You will provide expertise, vendor knowledge, and industry best practices across workflow management components including: Workfront, Firefly, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager
  • You will connect technology capability goals to our client needs and build compelling stories to promote value
  • You will build relationships and manage client expectations by facilitating and driving client meetings and discussions
  • You will lead daily delivery efforts partnering with the capability delivery members to complete materials in PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Lucidchart and in platforms
  • You will lead discovery meetings with clients, new partners, vendors or subject matter experts taking notes, gathering documentation and identifying follow-ups
  • You will provide opinions and recommendations in all manner of process and technology for workflow management use cases
  • You will lead consulting engagements by building the storytelling and developing recommendations for how to best use information and technology to guide programs across all channels and media
  • You will connect the process change directly to technical requirements of the platform
  • You will oversee internal programs to improve the offerings and capabilities of the team including bringing new consulting engagements to leadership for consideration
  • You will develop materials to illustrate and educate teams on how workflow management when implemented correctly, can support internal digital transformation and automated, efficient employee experiences

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Workfront design and implementation, Expert knowledge.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Foundation in Software Implementation, Reporting, and Analytics.
  • Expert ability to architect, develop, and manage comprehensive Adobe Workfront solutions.
  • Success in leading consulting work for clients and providing presentations and deliverables to a client
  • Experience developing system architecture blueprints and workflows to enhance project management.
  • Experience constructing system architecture and workflows for project management.
  • Experience facilitating seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components like Site, Assets, Multi-Site Manager, and Creative Cloud Asset Link
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Launch/Tag management, Adobe Campaign
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform, including RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Journey Analytics.
  • Experience managing people and leading a team
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,650. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
