As DXC’s Offering Success Leader for our Modern Workplace and Business Process Services businesses, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our offerings. You will bridge the gap between offering, sales, customer success, delivery and account leaders, driving adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to optimize offering performance, enhance user experience, and develop strategies that drive customer success and business growth. You will be a critical executive leader in DXC’s Global Infrastructure Services business, driving a high performing, customer obsessed team culture.
Key Areas of Focus
Customer Success & Adoption
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer adoption, engagement, and retention. Formulate strategic plans to improve the total experience, covering all touchpoints including customer and user experiences in a multi-modal environment.
- Partner with our account leaders, customer success managers and delivery teams to understand our customers needs, goals, and pain points, ensuring they realize the full value of our offering.
- Amplify the voice of the customer, driving key needs into our offering roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, developing and executing improvement plans to meet and exceed established success metrics.
- Drive strategies and implementations that enhance customer success and offering adoption, ensuring effective utilization of digital tools and services.
Offering Strategy & Enablement
- Drive collaboration across the offering teams to enhance features and usability based on customer feedback.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to create materials that educate our existing and potential customers.
- Define and track key success metrics, ensuring offering improvements drive positive business outcomes and our strategic path forward.
- Lead offering operations to ensure appropriate oversight, connectivity and consistency including governance, financials, analyst relationships, etc.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with sales teams, account leaders and customer success managers to ensure a consistent process from beginning to end, driving a smooth sales approach, seamless onboarding and strong customer experience.
- Drive collaboration with the delivery teams to identify and resolve common customer challenges.
- Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices to improve offering adoption and success.
People Leadership
- Build and lead both a direct and matrixed team focused on driving the key success elements of our offering and overall DXC business.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent across the team.
- Communicate transparently and effectively across all teams and levels in the Global Infrastructure organization.
- Adapt quickly to change and lead teams through ambiguity and transformation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 15+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 5+ years in similar types of roles.
- Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
- Proficiencies in strategic planning, team management, and business development
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) or Certified Business Leader (CBL) are a plus
- Travel requirements approximately 20% to 30%
