Summary
OneStream Software is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Director, Activation Management to lead the strategic activation of our expanding ecosystem. This role will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, driving cross-functional alignment and leading efforts to elevate our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) community. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in partner activation, ecosystem management, and strategic relationship development, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a high-impact strategy to activate and scale ISV solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner engagement, market positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive alignment across diverse teams (marketing, sales, product, commercialization, alliances, etc.) to deliver cohesive activation plans that resonate with target audiences and industry verticals.
- Strengthen partnerships within the ISV ecosystem by fostering collaboration, developing tailored engagement strategies, and championing shared success metrics.
- Provide executive oversight for the development of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, and content marketing) to build awareness and generate demand.
- Partner with developer relations to establish robust feedback mechanisms, leveraging insights from partner data and the Developer Advisory Board to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Spearhead industry-specific initiatives, identifying key verticals and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each market segment.
- Establish KPIs and analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance ROI.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or operations within a software or technology company.
- 10+ years of proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling ISV partner engagement strategies.
- Expertise in executive-level communication, relationship-building, and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Advanced experience in data-driven decision-making and analytics for campaign performance.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative strategies for marketing, partner engagement, and market activation.
- Global experience in partner ecosystems and software environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link marketing initiatives to overarching organizational objectives.

Travel
- Travel up to 25%, as needed, to support key initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
