The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, ensuring seamless integration and visualization of critical business metrics. Additionally, they will work on global analytics dashboards, ensuring consistency and alignment across different regions while supporting the harmonization between regional dashboards. This position requires a deep understanding of data visualization best practices, dashboard standardization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support data monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to extract and structure relevant data for marketing and sales initiatives.
• Develop predictive models and data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and revenue generation.
• Work with regional and global teams to align data insights with business objectives and ensure data consistency across different regions.

Dashboard Development & Harmonization

• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
• Develop and support global dashboards while ensuring alignment and consistency across different regions.
• Facilitate the harmonization between regional dashboards by standardizing metrics, definitions, and visualization techniques.
• Ensure data consistency and harmonization across different platforms and reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and improve visualization techniques.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with internal stakeholders to support sales efforts with data-backed proposals.
• Provide insights to assist in developing targeted campaigns that align with customer goals and maximize ROI.
