Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Senior Crystal Reports Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will   

develop, maintain and automate Contractual, Operational and CI Reports using Crystal Reports and ServiceNow Reports. They will include: 

• Contractual and SLA Reports: Incident SLAs, SR SLAs, Change SLAs, Customer Satisfaction SLAs
• Operational Reports: Incident, Change, SR Backlogs, Monthly and MTD Closed/Cancelled Rejected Incident, Change, SRs
• CI Reports: Servers, Storages, DBs, Middleware, CI Relationships, CI Field Audit, CI Ed Of Life

You will also create data extracts and integrate them into Customer Facing Dashboards. 

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Languages: SQL, PL/SQL, C, C++, Visual Basic, VB Script, Java Script, HTML, Pascal, ModulaII, Assembly Language, PERL, Minimal experience with Java.Development 
• Tools: Crystal Reports Developer 8.5 - 2013, SAP Web Intelligence Rich Client, Toad, Borland C Builder 6.0, Crystal SQL Designer, R&R Report Writer, ReportSmith, Microsoft Visual C++, SQL*Plus, DBTools, MyCC, WinSQL, MS Visual Basic, Smithware DDF Builder, Borland JBuilder 5.0 and Simplicity for Java.
• Databases: DB2, Oracle, Service Now via ODBC, Lotus Notes, Informix, MS Access, MySQL, Gupta SQLBase,                                   Visual FoxPro, and Btrieve 6.15.
• Applications: SAP Business Object, Remedy, ICD, Maximo, ManageNow, Service Now IFS - Industrial and Financial Systems, MS Office, OpenOffice, Custom HR applications and payroll, ADP Payroll, Great Plains Accounting, Ztree, QuickBooks, Apache web server, Winstar time and attendance software, STMap, TrustedLink, ISoft AS2, DansGuardian, Zetafax.
• Hardware: Intel based PC’s, Printer maintenance and repair, Ethernet network cabling using Category5 and Coax.Operating Systems:     Windows 2010, Windows Server, Windows 2000, Windows 2007, Windows XP, Windows NT,                                       Windows NT Server, Windows9x, Windows 3.x, Novell Netware, MSDOS, Linux (Red Hat and Knoppex).

• 7 - 9 years of relevant experience
• Proficient with Crystal Reports/ServiceNow reports, SQL, VB, C++
• Must be able and willing to work 100% remote
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
