Summary
As a Senior Corporate Trainer at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission
- Deliver advanced and specialized training programs to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and specialized teams.
- Act as a mentor to other trainers, providing coaching and professional development.
- Design and deliver customized workshops to address complex or unique business challenges.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and recommend enhancements based on insights.
- Lead training initiatives for high-stakes projects or organizational changes.
What we're looking for
-
Bachelor's degree preferably in (organizational development, education, human resources or other training related field)
- 5-7 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator.
- Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience training senior leadership or technical experts.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and needs.
- Familiarity with Instructional design methodologies and software
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

- For all remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
- This position will remain posted until March 23, 2025, or it is filled.

The pay range for this position is $60,300.00 - $75,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
