Senior Consultant (w/m/d)

You will advise our customers on mapping their marketing processes in MARMIND.

• Development of strategic customer (project) roadmaps & customizations based on insights

• Strategic consulting for (Mar)Tech-Big Picture, dependencies and integration scenarios including the use of MarTech tools with MARMIND in the respective field/domain

• Advice on state-of-the-art To-Be Marketing processes & structures in close cooperation with internal and external project team members

• Provision of generalist and specialized end-to-end process knowledge and expertise for selected customer projects

• Development and validation of requirements and solution approaches from a technical or functional/business perspective

• Support in finding solutions and developing strategic approaches to solving specific content-related project problems

• Supporting the project team with insights into best practices

• Implementation of prototype configurations within MARMIND for mapping initial hypotheses and solution approaches

• Implementation of complex project configurations and low-code system integrations depending on technical expertise and passion

• Development and maintenance of documentation, workshops and training as “know-how topic owner” in defined areas of specialization

• Knowledge development and transfer in the area of specialization (including participation in external training courses and internal transfer)

 To be successful in this position, you ideally have the following qualifications and skills:

• IT/software and/or business education with a focus on marketing

• Deep understanding and conceptual/consulting experience of marketing strategies, processes and technologies

• Technical affinity, experience with MarTech solutions and their integrations

• Several years of experience in project leadership and management

• Practical experience in change management and process optimization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills in German and English

• Strong structured working skills with an eye for detail

• Proactive approach and initiative
