ABOUT THE ROLE

You will build the SAP consulting team in Lithuania, design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions mainly for the manufacturing and Automotive industry: 

• You design and optimize master data processes in demanding interface projects and transformations at major multinational customers in the automotive & manufacturing environment 

• You develop feasibility studies and concepts for the implementation, integration and operation of interfaces in the field of discrete manufacturing 

• You advise our customers on MDG and MDM processes and their implementation in SAP S/4HANA or any other tool such as SAP MDG. 

• You develop functional concepts and development specifications, coordinate test activities and support the expansion of our best practice industry solutions and are responsible for conducting customer workshops and training courses. 

You will be seamlessly embedded in the SAP DACH organization with 4 competence centers and their experienced and collaborative consultants. You will report to the team Lead for SAP Lithuania, which belongs functionally to the portfolio “SAP Transformation” and work in close alignment with the SAP consulting organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects 

• Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations 

• Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture 

• Define and estimate total effort for functional team within the area of expertise 

• Manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget 

• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with clients 

• Plan and personalize the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency 

• Ensure in time and quality delivery, revenue consumption and profitability management 

• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems 

• Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise 

• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes 

• Close cooperation with the SAP Consulting Teams of the region, developing new ideas as well as their distribution, independent search for new opportuniti

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed degree in business administration, business informatics or similar. 

• Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial. 

• You are familiar with the SAP product portfolio and have successfully applied SAP Best Practice solutions and the Activate Methodology. 

• 3+ years of experience in SAP MDM consulting or implementation projects, either at an IT service provider or in an industrial company.  

• You have already led smaller project teams & dealt intensively with the topic of Master Data Management. 

• You know the important master data, its special features and the dependencies on other master data objects or the transaction data. 

• You have already dealt with typical master data problems and approaches to optimize master data quality 

• Ideally, you know the advantages and disadvantages of embedded and hub-based SAP MDG implementations. 

• You have initial experience with SAP Master Data interfaces and are familiar with SAP ECC and, above all, SAP S/4HANA. 

• You have some experience with ALE distributions, web services or DRF (Data Replication Framework). 

• You have know-how in IT technology, IT architecture and databases, technical experience with SAP frameworks and architectures as well as SAP certificates 

• You have experience with hybrid/distributed architectures (on-prem vs. cloud), especially optimizing application landscapes 

• High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen 

• Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills 

• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skills 

• Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
