Axon is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to be part of the team that drives our global compensation strategies. In this critical role, you will design, implement, and communicate innovative compensation programs that reward performance and align with our business goals. You'll collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to provide strategic guidance on total compensation, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. What You’ll Do

Location: Remote in US
Reports to: VP, Total Rewards

  • Design, develop, implement and communicate global compensation programs.
  • Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of compensation issues including the development/implementation of global job family architecture, career matrices design and appropriate pay structures that reward desired business behaviors.
  • Conduct job evaluations, job leveling, and provide salary recommendations ensuring internal equity and market alignment of total compensation.
  • Proactively partner with HR Business partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on complex internal/ external offers.
  • Support the annual salary planning and incentive processes by partnering with HRBPs, Payroll, Stock Team and HRIS.
  • Work with global and regional teams to ensure compensation processes are documented, communicated and adhered to.
  • Perform analysis of effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
  • Manage compliance with applicable regulatory requirements regarding employee pay while staying up to date on current related legislation.
  • Assure through audits, analysis and reports, that all compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations and maximize workforce productivity and efficiency.
