Meet the team:

Sr. Analyst, Commercial Analytics will drive the analytics effort for Dexcom U.S. commercial leadership team. This position will include (but is not limited to) responsibility for the development and management of proactive and ad-hoc analytics at both the national and sub-national levels. Success in this position will require a problem-solving orientation, data analysis expertise, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing multiple complex pieces of data analysis and translating that analysis into actionable commercial insights.

Where you come in:

  • Act as an analytics partner to the Commercial team in key activities, such as performance analysis, and assessment of initiatives
  • Partner with commercial teams and other functions to provide insightful summaries and suggest ways to optimize the execution of strategic programs
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee performance reporting against key performance indicators, working with functional leads to understand strategic initiatives and identify ways to measure performance
  • Manage advanced analytics projects including ROI analyses of various strategic initiatives
  • Provide recommendations to the Commercial team to ensure measurable outcomes for new initiatives
